I knew I had to document this moment and thankful I get to share it with you.
With school getting out we have had so many schedule changes, my mom came and babysat (Thanks, Mom!), Chris and I went to a Brewers game with Lindsay and Paul. . . summer camp (and synchro skating camp) started. Even little Sophie is transitioning to another room at day care. We are gearing up for Mexico next week and hoping our toddler will enjoy the travels.
I want my girls to have a beautiful summer- enjoying everything summer is supposed to be. I think summer is a chance for kids to develop in other ways than they do in the school year. . . to read books they want to read and to physically enjoy and explore the season- to run, play, bike, swim, roller blade - and in Savanna's case, ice skate.
Just a couple summer moments I wanted to share:
We absolutely didn't follow the instructions and our little lady friends didn't stick around our yard.
We did have fun setting them free though.
We did have fun setting them free though.
