Savanna's preschool class loaded on a bus and we enjoyed a beautiful sunny (cool) day at the petting farm- the animals were sooo cute! I couldn't believe she picked up the chicken like she did- she also held a rooster, baby bunny, and a kitten. There were newborn baby goats that were so fresh to life I was a bit uncomfortable with the mob of happy children petting them- they were so sweet. Savanna sat straight, tall, and confident on her horse ride- all the Barbie Horse Mystery Adventure game must have rubbed off. It was a very beautiful day and so fun to see her interact with all the friends she has made this school year. I'm so tired now though that I have been unable to unpack from the day and passed out with Savanna- I couldn't get through a story before nap- just "Mommy's too tired to read anymore- zzzzzzz."
